


From multinational biotechs to scrappy startups, I’ve had the privilege of navigating the full spectrum of Commercial Operations that include Oncology, Specialty, and Prescription Digital Therapeutics. This breadth has sharpened my ability to innovate, scale smartly, adapt quickly, and craft solutions that are strategic, fit-for-purpose, and hands-on.
My career began in global M&A consulting, where I built a foundation in identifying challenges and tailoring solutions—skills that translated seamlessly into building and leading Commercial Operations functions. Whether I’m guiding pre-launch analytics, managing launches, streamlining operations, or transforming entire teams, my approach is always practical, agile, and impact-driven.
Over the years, I’ve worked on therapies that demand precision and empathy—whether pioneering a digital therapeutic for ADHD or launching complex oncology treatments in highly complex markets. These experiences have deepened my belief that operational strategy should be as thoughtful and tailored as the science behind the product.
Philosophically, I balance the discipline of the Stoics with the simplicity of Curious George. That blend of rigor and wonder keeps me challenging assumptions, embracing complexity, and building strategies that fit—not force—the culture they serve.
